DEREK’S

Dedicated to Distinctive Dining

February—March 2007

FROM DEREK'S DESK

The festivities of the holiday season are behind us and we are well into the New Year. The winter
brings some changes to the menu at Derek’s. Recent visits from family in Ireland and England have
influenced some of the new dishes you will find when you come in.

If you were like me in thinking ’good food’ and England were a contradiction of terms, then let us surprise you with a few hearty winter classics that will have you asking for the recipes! Not to mention they will warm the cockles of your heart and get the New Year off to a tasty start. Salutations to you all for 2007!     D.D.
